Challenge
The Kansas City Chiefs were opening flagship fitness clubs that had to feel unmistakably Chiefs while inviting non-fans into a premium fitness experience — and the campaign had to drive presale memberships before doors opened.
Approach
As Creative Director, Designer, and Photographer, I led the full campaign across print, email, digital, social, and large-scale environmental graphics, anchored on a "Train Like The Champions" platform. NFL brand standards held rigorously; the photography and copy made the gym itself the hero. Three campaign waves ran in sequence: Presale (membership lock-in before doors opened), Grand Opening (the launch beat), and Champion Campaign (the year-one retention play).
Outcome
Chiefs Fit was the flagship rollout in the four-club NFL Football Fit series — the operating template every subsequent market open ran on. Contributed to the 10,000+ leads M6 Football Fit produced across all four NFL grand openings in three months, with +40% CTR and +24% conversion lift attributed to the brand-creative and engineering partnership.
